Negative. the event with shock,flo. when we talked in private you mentioned they managed to preasure you. that might not do well of you become staff.

Honestly im not sure if you should be staff if you can be presured into doing dobious stuff by others.

Neutral: experience, I just haven't seen you very active recently.

Negatives: Some bad stuff in the past that as tikicat said, could be bannable in other servers. 

Maybe if you have changed then cool. I can't say if you have or haven't so its a no from me. 

Positives

I like your reason for wanting to join, it seemed genuine and being able to see the benefit of having a good community is a huge plus. Having no warnings and good playtime is also great to see, having no experience is not an issue for us as white has put together a great staff guideline to benefit you when you need assistance so learning what to do in situations will come quickly but something that is only gained with experience. I would recommend you to be accepted for the role, if you have genuinely changed the way you act on the server. I would recommend a probation period to make sure you fit and have the correct values.

If people like Shock manage to influence/preasure you into doing something wrong i don't know how well you would do as and staff member. Being a staff member means having your own mind and a strong will whilelist working with a team and mentaining peace and order.

   Before you join us you have to sharpen up your will power and probably try stay away from people like Shock.
